Monthly Parking
Monthly parking rates are available for $65/month.

There are 3 easy ways to purchase your monthly parking permits.

1. Apply in person at the office in the 355 Garage. Access cards are distributed immediately upon registration and submission of auto-pay forms.
2. Apply online.
   a. Visit www.ecolonial.com
   b. Click on the PARK WITH US button
   c. Under Parking Options, select Monthly Parking
   d. Type 771 in the Location number box
   e. Click on Apply for a Monthly Permit
   f. Fill out the for completely and click the Order Permit button at the bottom of the page
   g. Return to the PARK WITH US page and under Monthly Payment Options; choose either Autopay Program or Echeck Payment. ALL ACCOUNTS at RTS must participate in an autopay program unless preapproved by Management. Contact the Project Manager for details.
   h. Your access card will be mailed within 3 business days.
